ABOUT THE BEERS.

Our beers are all our own recipes. We are a beer brand that, like so many, started brewing beer in a small kitchen, progressed to hobby brewing in a garage and now brew our recipes at two fantastic partner breweries in Holland and at BrewDog in Berlin.

We aim to brew something for everyone, always following a 'three beer rule' - any beer we brew you should comfortably be able to drink 3 of. We are passionate about beer, and if you any questions about our beer and our story, then please just contact us or come to our pubs. Cheers!
Ok. Now into the
beers please..

LET's Goat

pilsner.
We admit it. Pilsners are great. And that’s lucky because there’s lots of them out there. It’s nearly always a good go-to when someone says, “let’s go for a beer”.
Let’s Goat is our Pilsner. A tribute to our adopted home. The single malt bill and classic German hops give it a crisp, bitter finish. Healthy whirlpool additions bring a hint of spice. Grab your mates and a few of these... Let’s Goat!

silly billy

esb.
The Extra Special Bitter hails from England, and is one for the ale lovers. Ales can be an acquired taste, so we’ve spent some time to make the ESB it a real crowd-pleaser.
Silly Billy has rich malty flavours and light, earthy hoppy aromas from three English hop varieties. And don’t be fooled by the name, it has only a slight bitterness and, importantly, more fizz than your typical ale. Give it a try.
Malts: Pale, Munich Dark
Hops: Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings

looking goat

ipa.
Believe us, we’ve tried a lot of IPAs, and most of them tend to pack a punch when it comes to ABV. We like our IPAs a bit easier to drink, but still packed with flavour.
Looking Goat is an American-style IPA boasting fruity, citrus aromas from Amarillo and Chinook hops. Late-boil and dry hopping additions provide a fresh flavour and light bitterness. And at 5.3% ABV you can happily have a few!

WOOLLY-HEADED

WEIZEN.
A classic German style and one of our favourites. Dangerously refreshing and sessionable, a few weizen-fueled evenings have left us feeling woolly-headed the next day!
Our Woolly-Headed Weizen is lightly hopped to be fruity and aromatic, a little different for this style. Some added oats give a smooth body, but this beer is about allowing the wheaty malt and yeast-driven flavours to shine.

get your goat on

caramel session ale.
Our Caramel Session Ale! A very soft, fresh and sessionable beer. This beer enjoys hop flavors from two German hop varieties, with a citrusy quality. Malt flavors show an initial malty sweetness followed by a moderate caramel taste.
Malt and hop bitterness is balanced without many fruity esters. Caramel sweetness and hop flavor/bitterness gives this beer it's full finish.

GOAT OL' Dayz

hazy ipa
The Goat Ol' Dayz is our toast to summer. Our Hazy IPA, like the name implies, has a cloudy appearance and a fullness of flavour.
