Core Roles and Responsibilities:
- You'll be working Part-Time in The Baby Goat House. Grindelhof.
- You'll be opening up the pub and making sure it's operationally ready to welcome thirsty.
- You'll be serving fresh food and beer to those GOATs.
- You'll be responsible for ensuring those GOATs have a great and safe time.
- You'll be responsible for closing and clearing the pub at the end of play.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- A motivated, organised and open individual.
- An interest in Beer.
- A competency in both German and English.
- A desire to grow the brand with us.
- A team-player with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications and Key Features of the Role:
- Assisting in the operational readiness of the Pub including stock-checks.
- Taking care of maintenance and cleaning processes to ensure the bar is running smoothly (eg beer fridge cleaning, moving of kegs)
- Assisting in the planning and set-up of Ad-Hoc events and parties.
- Contributing your views to our company- how and what can we do as a brand to better serve our customers?
- Learning about beer.
- Having fun.
