Event Coordination: Planning and organizing pub events that keep our patrons coming back for more.
Inventory Mastery: Handling ordering and stock control to maintain a well-stocked bar and kitchen.
Team Leadership: Managing and training staff to consistently deliver top-notch service.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven success at a managmenet level.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage daily and monthly pub requirements.
People Skills: Outstanding interpersonal talents to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
