- Operational Readiness: Overseeing day-to-day and monthly pub requirements to ensure smooth operations at all times.
- Customer Experience: Managing the Baby Goat Barn to provide an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests.
- Event Coordination: Planning and organizing pub events that keep our patrons coming back for more.
- Inventory Mastery: Handling ordering and stock control to maintain a well-stocked bar and kitchen.
- Team Leadership: Managing and training staff to consistently deliver top-notch service.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven success at a managmenet level.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage daily and monthly pub requirements.
- People Skills: Outstanding interpersonal talents to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail to uphold our high standards.
- Customer Commitment: Dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
