Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Menu Development: Collaborate with management and staff to develop and update menu offerings, ensuring they align with customer preferences and market trends.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and alcohol service laws, maintaining a safe and legal environment for patrons and staff.
Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
