The Baby Goat House, or 'The House' as we call it is a Pie & Ale Pub and the spiritual and physical first home of The Baby Goat. We opened the small, cosy pub in the famous neighborhood of Grindelhof in 2020, shortly after the finish of the first 'lock down'. After a couple of months using nothing but an average set of tools and an epic set of friends we turned the pub from a Cerviche restaurant into the modern-feeling pub it now is, and opened our doors with our first 6 beers on tap.
Today, the pub has grown into its surroundings, and we are extremely proud to be part of the local community and to have befriended our neighbours, which includes not only families but also some of the most iconic gastronomy in Hamburg. We tap over 8 of our own, hand-crafted beers, alongside the most delicious pies in Hamburg (made by our friends Cheeky Pies), and a wide range of events and entertainment. Drop in for a beer or two.
We love a good Pie & Chips! That’s why every Thursday is Pie & Ale night. That means you get a freshly tapped FREE BEER with your Hearty Pie, Crunch Chips and a lovely bit of Gravy.
